RK Informatics strongly believes that learning and development should be a critical aspect for the growth and performance of our consultants. This is also a sure way to add value to our clients’ experience. Therefore we invest in learning opportunities for our consultants.
The world of business and technology is rapidly changing so it becomes mandatory for our employees to constantly learn new aspects in their areas of expertise so they can deliver competent and state of the art solutions to our clients.
For our team to stay competitive and at the top of our game, we are creating learning paths that are personal to each team member’s needs with relevant, accessible content wherever and whenever they need them. We also make sure that learning is a practice in our daily work and dedicate 10% of a calendar year wholly for Learning and Development which is made mandatory for all levels of team members across RK Informatics.
Training areas range from professional fine tuning in their respective areas of expertise and cross training where needed to Management and Leadership aspects. Training is done in different formats and through various learning platforms, virtually and face-to-face, supported both at a global and regional scale.
Training is also facilitated with certifications where applicable for our team and we them to make it a practice. White paper publishing is encouraged, and we maintain a repository of Standard Best practices and Latest development documents are made available to the whole team.
